Methods of Payment

All checks are to be in U.S. dollars and made payable to Boydell & Brewer. We accept any credit cards that Payeezy accepts (VISA and Mastercard). We also accept PayPal as well.

Postage and Packing

Domestic Shipping
$5.95 per book, $2.00 for each additional book. Delivery times usually vary between 7-10 days.

International Shipping
$15.00 per book, $4.00 for each additional book. Delivery time depends on which country we are shipping to.

Urgent Orders
Special arrangements can be made to use an express service (at an extra cost). Please contact us for details.

Returns Policy

Books may only be returned with prior authorization, and in new, resalable condition. They must be sent to our fulfillment warehouse addressed as follows:

Returns are accepted up to one year after the original order. The customer making the return must be the original purchaser of the returned book(s). Returns must be accompanied by a packing list indicating quantity, discount received, and original Boydell & Brewer invoice number. If no original invoice information is provided, credit will be issued at the Publisher’s discretion (normally at maximum trade discount allowable). Claims for damages, defects, shortages, and shipping errors must be made within 30 days of ship date.

Returns Policy

Books may only be returned with prior authorization, and in new, resalable condition. They must be sent to our fulfillment warehouse addressed as follows:

All books purchased from Casemate Academic may be returned within six months of the invoice date. Books must be in a saleable condition, the current edition, and still available from the publisher. Superseded editions are not returnable 90 days after publication of a new edition. Notification that you wish to cancel and return goods to us must be received via email, letter or fax; a phonecall is not sufficient. When returning goods please obtain proof of posting or send via an insured method of shipping. We will issue a refund with 30 of receiving the returned goods. We will not refund the cost of originally posting the item to you, nor that incurred by you returning the item to us.

Damaged or faulty books may be returned for a replacement copy (where available) or a refund. We will refund any postage charges you incur in returning a damaged book to us. Please contact us before returning any book so we can advise a suitable method of delivery. Such claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.
